Residents of the State of Maine are eligible for Canadian domestic tuition rates while studying in select programs at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ.

Applicants who wish to be considered under the Maine Community College System and New Brunswick Community College Memorandum of Understanding must first apply as an international applicant, then request to have their eligibility assessed.  If the applicant and requested program are deemed eligible under the Memorandum of Understanding, the applicant’s student account will be updated with domestic student fees. Send a message in your application portal requesting assessment of eligibility as a State of Maine applicant. 

Maine applicants whose choice of program is not deemed eligible under the Maine Community College System and New Brunswick Community College Memorandum of Understanding may use the standard process to apply for any program open to international applicants.
